Domestic orders:

Normal delivery: 7-10 business days; Normally free shipping unless specified otherwise.

International Orders (ship to outside India):

 

Duties, Taxes and shipping costs for international orders are not included;

 

Normal delivery: Orders will be shipped from India within 7 business days. Delivery may happen beyond 10 days.

All orders worth Indian Rupees 15,000 and above will have no shipping charges.

​

Orders valued less than Indian Rupees 15,000, will be charged a shipping and handling charge of Indian Rupees 500.

Returns

• Any problems or concerns with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us at bireswarsen.art@gmail.com with your concerns.

 

• International Orders are non-returnable.

 

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

• DAMAGES: Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 2 business days to bireswarsen.art@gmail.com . We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in. After the claim is presented to our shipper, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected, returned and replaced.
